We can not give you the right words (that has to come from your heart) or some magic formula, instead this is a framework of calling you to 1st of all focus on God and who He is (not a bad idea since He is the one we are talking to!) and then praying through confession of sin, daily needs, temptations and struggles, and desiring to live lives that honor God.
