The HEART of the problem

Why do we do what we do? ... Because we want what we want!
We all have good things (and some not-so-good things) that we desire. But when those desires become demands ("I have to have this to be happy") then we have begun to put our hope and trust in something other than God ... the Bible calls that an "idol."
Biblical counseling will seek to help you dig down to those idols in your life, and by the power of God's Spirit and God's Word turn away from them (Repent) and turn towards God.
